The London Riots of 2011: An Eyewitness Account is a true narrative essay by the English writer Michael Lieber. Lieber recounts the 8th August 2011, Colliers Wood, South London, and from his memory paints a hellish landscape of looting, petrol bombs in the Tandem Centre and his own involvement in defending The Royal Standard pub from being burnt to the ground.
